Dubai International Airport (DXB) is the main international airport serving Dubai, in United Arab Emirates. Dubai Airport is the busiest international airport in the world (passenger influx). Concretely, the airport is located just 5 km away from Dubai ciy centre. Dubai International Airport has three passenger Terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.

Terminal 3

Mainly used by Emirates Airlines, Terminal 3 has a total capacity of 60 million passengers per year. The Terminal 3 includes Concourse A – a purpose-built facility for A380, increasing the airport’s capacity to 75 million passengers per year, Concurse B, Concourse C became part of the Terminal 3 complex in 2016 when Dubai Airport’s Concourse D hosts 60 International airlines. Economy Class passengers access the Terminal from the main curbside. First and Business Class passengers have an special curbside at the entrance of the Terminal’s F&J Check-in area.

T3 Airside Facility at level 3

Access: Economy class passengers access the airside facility (concourse) via 4 Sky Trains and escalators.
First and Business class passengers access the airside facility using dedicated elevators; alternatively, they could use the Skytrains via Economy class. Transferring / connecting passengers will access Level 2 from one of the three transfer areas.
Boarding: Departing passengers will be system boarded at Level 2 before proceeding to holding lounges on Level 1, where they will board the aircraft.

Note: The Metro, which was opened in September 2009, provides passengers another option to access Dubai International Emirates Terminal 3.

- Prayer rooms: muslim prayer rooms and ablution rooms within all Terminals and in Parking lots as well, you just have to follow the signs.
- Smoking lounges: you just need to follow the signs, they are located in Terminal 1 (Gate D12, upper level), in Terminal 2 (near the departures area) and in Terminal 2 (Gates A2, A23, B7, B27, C9, C23).
