Children’s play area
For the tiny travellers, there’s a children’s play areas at Dubai Airport between Gate B7 and B8.
Baggage storage
There are baggage storage services at Dubai Airport.

- Terminal 1
- Terminal 3
Fares: 40 AED or 50 AED every 12 hours.
Prayer rooms
Muslim prayer rooms and ablution rooms are available within all Terminals and in the Parking lots as well, you just have to follow the signs.
Smoking lounges
To get to one of the smoking lounges at Dubai Airport, you just need to follow the signs.
Location:
- Terminal 1: Gate D12, upper level.
- Terminal 2: Close to Departures Area.
- Terminal 3: Gates A2, A23, B7, B27, C9, C23.
Wi-Fi access
Free Wi-Fi is available at Dubai Airport. Passengers need to connect to “DXB free wifi” networks.
Showers
Showers are available at DXB Airport.
Location:
- Terminal 1: Departures (between gates C18 and C22)
- Terminal 3: Departures (between gates B13 and B19 and gates A1 and A24).
Complementary showers for passengers between Gates 1 and 6 in the mezzanine level are available near the marhaba lounge.
Emergency and medical services
Emergency and medical access is available 24/7, just ask to the Airport’s staff for the nearest Medical Centre.

Baggage wrapping cost at Dubai Airport is the one as follows:
- Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and DWC: 25 AED per item.
- Terminal 3: 30AED per item.
